I'm considering buying a VGN-FW390. It currently has a no-cost upgrade to a Blu-Ray read-only drive vs. the standard CD/DVD unit. Is this fully backward compatible? In other words, does it read and write CDs and DVDs exactly like the standard units? I don't see anywhere in the specifications that says this is the case.
