Try a simple combination of canned air and vacuuming by the vent holes first.

i have blow air,can i use it or not pressure of wind too high for laptop?

Blow air as in electrical based device? Not sure; with canned air, I can control it with squeezing, and with the max at preset level that would not hurt the delicate parts.

this is a common issue with the CS series...usually best to replace the exhaust assembly as it will eventually fail...better to due it while it's still under warranty...if you need warranty assistance let me know....cheers!
