Just got this with the m15x im dissapointed to say that despite the nice little features the over sound quality and volume height isnt as good as i was expecting

Is it just with the notebook itself, or have you tried the headset with some other media devices as well?

broke them both in on the AW, DS, iPoD, Its all a comfy fit but the volume hitting a wall at such a low DB makes it useless for the DSi altogether and on my desktop it was really shocking to see it hit the volume ceiling so quickly. Returning both for my $170 credit would have kept one but there being outdone by my $40 JBL ear muffs.
