cpu problem

Hi every body.
My acre aspire 5510 notebook has got a problem I can not solve it.-
- CPU usage is 98% - 100% and is hot while fan is working. when I press a key on the keyboard and hold down the key, the letter appears very late (after 6 or 7 seconds).so typing is impossible
- but at the same time when I use mouse the system is working normal and I don't have any problem regarding performance of the programs and the speed of the set.
When I shot down the computer it take a long time to be shouted down!-
- it would be very nice of you to say me what to do and how to solve this problem

try with no battery?

also, check for viruses?

with no batry every things become normal.
what realy happend? the problem is butry ?

Bad battery. You will need a new one. Michelle is not a "Dear sir" (Dear Lady perhaps????)
