Looking for a temp monitoring program

My GF just found a temp monitoring program for her Dell for free on line that always show her temps inside her laptop & its seems pretty cool & now I want one for my New MBP15.

What killed my last laptop was over heating issues..

what do you guys recommend?

I personally use this made by SFKilla, takes a few minutes to set up how you want it but otherwise just sits there and does what it's supposed to:

I have the iStat Nano widget on my machine personally. I set something else up on my wife's machin but I don't remember what off hand.
