I have a Ar520 and im having a video problem and wonder if anyone has had this issue before. When i boot the pc i dont see the normal sony icon, the screan has 2 white lines and after that comes the loading screan for vista to boot and theres also some color discoloration and some white sysmblos all over the screen. then win boots coems on and i have some blue horizoltal lines on the screen.
i've reinstakked the drivers ive checked the lcd screen its fine, im pretty sure its not the screen and i think that the pc is not recgonizing the video card, and its booting with the stantand intel vid. i think that the card is shut off or disble some how and i dont hink its burned.
also form time to time if i leave the pc on for days and its hot and i turn if of and tuen it back on the image works perfect but the pc still dont recognize the card in it.
frankly i dont even care if the pc sees the other card i just want to have clear screen for i use the pc for minor web and email browsing and i dont want to spend $80 at the geek squad to identifly the proble and then another $xxx for the repair and labor. if anyone got any idea i would apreciate ty.
