where i can find driver windows vista and windows server 2008 for notebook sony vaio VGN FS640W ???

I don't see Vista drivers for this model on eSupport either.

In your case, I would try this:

. back up your current XP environment, clone it even to an external drive.
. dual boot with Vista, and see if you can get the comp going using Vista updates.

Keep in mind that you might lose a few Sony specific utilities for this model, once away from XP.
