Need Help problem with laptop battery charging

hi i have a HP x16-1155CA it has problem with charging.
the problem is when i plug in the charger it says "plugged in charging" but the percentage of the battery doesnt raise but sometimes it does start raising but upto some point it then stop raising.
this is the problem if anyone who can solve my problem then please solve it.

Dig around the HP power management and look for something like Smart Battery. HP and many others implement this threshold of stop charging, to extend the battery life.
