HELP PLEASE!! quick touch control question!! m15x

How do you enable the quick touch control buttons like the volume slider, bluetooth, wifi buttons and stealth mode buttons.. none of them will turn on when I try to use them including the volume slider..

Where do I go to enable these buttons in the computer or what key do I press.. Please Help this is driving me crazy!!

Hello alesasso91. I am sorry to hear that the quick touch control buttons on
your m15x are not working. You will want to try reinstalling the touch pad drivers.

If this does not resolve the issue, we have a BIOS update for the m15x that includes the Multimedia Board firmware update v41 that repairs the issue with the touch buttons. The update is available from My Hive via our Alienware main support page at-
http://support.alienware.com/Support_Pages/Support_Area.aspx.

You will need to contact our support agents to run it. If you are located within the US, our support number is 1-866-287-6727, option 3, then 1. If you are located
in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia, you may reach us at 0800 2799751, option 3 from within the UK, or internationally at 00353 (0)906 456 500.

Another possible cause may be the OSD utility was not installed, you will want to mention that to our support agents as well.
