Skip Memory test on bios

Hy folks,

well, i have a Clevo M520N notebook (PortableOne UX) and, even when i bought it, i found a litle bit "slow" the bios starup process.
But now (with 3GB DDR2-667) it got worse... and i found the "problem" when i pressed esc key and i saw that the "memory check" process. This is VERY SLOW! (almost same speed as the old K6-2 bios computers)

the problem is that i didn´t find in the bios (and ins´t there for sure an option to disable it)

so my question is: is there any way to mod my bios or do something to skip this slooooooooooooow test?

thanks!

I am not sure about the disabling of the memory test in BIOS, but it should be an option for quick start (non diagnostic mode) there. Try it and see.

cheers ...
