Any 5GHz Wirelless-N Repeaters/Range-Extenders out there?

Hello. I have a D-Link DGL-4500 router, and I need to extend it's range while running in 5GHz Wireless-N mode. It seems all the repeaters/range-extenders I've run across only do 2.4GHz. Is there not one out there that does 5GHz, too (preferably both)???
