Acer / Toshiba - I Need an Opinion..Please help me !! - Page 3

Wow, that model from notebooksbilliger ist echt billig on specification and configuration. We were talking about different configurations all this time

You probably can get a better machine at Saturn (I stay away from MediaMarkt ) for the the same price. I recommend that you take the specs and go there and talk to the floor tech/salesperson.

Notebook manufacturers will get their name on the cards, to be honest, as long as it works and fit my needs, performs as the specs say it would - I would not be worried about it.

so,u think i shouldn´t buy this Acer from NOTEBOOKSBILLIGER? what do u say about the specs for the price? is it still good for movies? and especially HD Ready? :-)

where do u come from? germany?

yeah,i was at media Markt yesterday...they don´t have good items...also very expensive.
if u say this Acer OK,i´ll take it

The whole comp is a bit pricey for the specifications it offers. Sure, you still can play good videos and movies and can support HD stuffs.

Acer is good in Europe as a whole, look around some more for more machine with the price you are willing to pay first.

I am American, but works in Europe, with home base in Hamburg.

well,
i´ve been looking for other machine for a while now...u can take a look what this NOTEBOOKSBILLIGER has to offer..
i think this 6930 is the best i could find..i mean,it´s got HD Ready,Dolby Surround System,16" Display,320 GB...

if u find something good...feel free to let me know.

my question...with the specs u read from this 6930 on Notebooksbilliger..does the price worth it? or is it too expensive?

like i said,my favourite would be 6930,5738 (unfortunately it got no HD Ready),and 6530
u said,u would take 6930.

u can watch the specs 5738 and 6530 has to offers, then u can tell me your opinion of what u would take :

http://www.notebooksbilliger.de/note...6530g+704g32mn

the price range i want..no more than 600€
it should have HD Ready, dolby surround system, big Display (minimum 16"),Intel Processor, big Hard Disk (minimum 250GB)

is this 6930 fast?what do u think?

Here is one of many links that I reviewed, with your model:

http://www.reviewquest.com/laptop/acer-6930/

As you see, this one comes with a much better graphic card than the one at Notebooksbilliger.

What I am trying to say, is that you can look a bit around more, and probably can get a better configuration with the same price.

I am still learning about systems, digging around the fine print usw ..

I accept that Notebooksbilliger says that it is 720p capable, and possibly can play 1080p if you have hardware that supports it.

One must realise that the G 102M core of the is based on the 9400M G core; thus can help the CPU in decoding HD videos. It also features the PureVideo HD engine (VP3 video processor).

You can find a very good explanation of HDMI, in German, here:

For Audio/Video discussions, try this NBF Section:

If you are not so sure about cabling, I recommend you go to a local electronic store.
