Audio Not Working Help!!!

I just re-installed windows xp on my m9750. I then used the Alienware support CD to install all of the drivers. However for some reason my sound is not working. If I go to "control panel" then "sounds and audio devices" it says that I have "No Audio Device" I have tried to un-install and re-install the audio drivers but this does nothing. There is also no audio icon in the system tray like there should be. Can anyone help with this? Perhaps there is an alternate driver? Any help is greatly appreciated. I would just call alienware but my warrenty is up .

Try this "M9750 Audio Driver 6.0.1.5371"
