Hi all. I am considering buying a 17" HP ProBook, as my trusty Thinkpad conked after 4 years of love. I really like and trust IBM/Lenovo, as when I did need to get my computer serviced it was totally painless. My mom and friends have all had positive experiences with their customer support also. I've never had an HP, and I have read many horror stories online of people who have gotten the runaround on legitimate warranty claims.

I am wondering if my experience might be different because the ProBook is from their business line, and I was also wondering what your experiences have been.
