How to connect my Laptop to my Hi-Fi Stereo...Need Help

Hi,
I need help about which cable should i use to connect my laptop to my stereo Hi-Fi.
I want to watch a movie on my laptop,but the sound using my stereo system.

Please send me the link which contain the picture of the cable so i know which one ti buy

If you wanted to go audiophile high end, you could buy a Benchmark DAC-1 USB digital - audio converter. I personally own oen and the sound is better than you ever thought digital sound could be.

It would be nice but I doubt that it can be a standard guide. Different notebooks, different output ports, different setup.

We do have many threads that would help referencing pretty much individual configuration.
