Last week I went ahead and defraged my laptop. About 2 days later it came up with a message saying that something with windows could not be run and then it shut off. I tried the restore disk but comes up with the blue screen saying that windows detected a problem and had to be shut down. Another message I get is that the NTDLR is not there. When I run the System Restore disk that came with the computer, I do the back-up option and then it gets to about 32% then comes with the blue screen saying that windows has to be shut down and I have to try the whole process over again. Please some one help me. Do I need to re-install the drivers for the computer before I do anything else? Or does something need to be replaced? Please Help!!!
