Sony Vaio VGN-UX37 Recovery Disks

Hello,

I have purchased this small marvel but no disks were supplied.It has Vista business but at some stage im sure i will have to recover it.can someone please advise where i may get these disks from?

The simple answer is, you make your own recovery disks. There should be instructions on your machine (don't remember exactly where) for doing this. Have 3 blank DVDs available for this, though it might only require 2.

Sony comes with its own eRecovery apps. There you have the ability of BackUp and Restoring.

This model is from asia so it has alot of parts i cant use even though the english language pack is loaded.I really need to reload this unit from scratch and need a recovery disk to do it.I guess ill have to call sony and see about ordering the disks.Thanks

As another poster stated above, you need to make the recovery disks yourself. Just pull up your Vaio Recovery Center and there is an option on the left to create the disks.
