hey all, I've recently done some routine maintenance (re-applying thermal cream) and now the USB ports (on both sides) have stopped responding. this was not an instant shift but a gradual one. anybody have any ideas why this might be? could the thermal cream have gotten someplace it shouldnt and somehow killed the connections on *both* sides?
