Given the same price on a laptop, which 1 is a better choice for playing medium to high end games: Fear 2, World in Conflict and etc. (GT 130M 1024MB DDR2 VS Mobilty Radeon 4650 512MB DDR3)

And btw, how same is Sager?

The 4650 is the better GPU. I'm not sure what your second question is asking.
