hi im new to shop bought computers and after sales etc i recently purchased an acer aspire 6935g on paper this is a good machine with blu-ray DDR3 ram nvidia 9600m gt graphics and at a great price. after buying it i know why they're cheap acer support sucks!!! from the first press of the power button to the initial install of vista and all the acer bloat ware i got 6 bsod!! yes thats right 6 and the only way i could get on the machine was to go into safe mode. i phoned acer support to be told that recovery discs would cost me £50 or to send it away to be factory re-installed. so what to do pay the price for acer to send me something that should be free when you purchase their products or send it back to acer to be factory installed and come back with more problems. Anyway i installed windows 7 rc1 to get a working laptop but with that comes incompatible drivers and missing features. I would like to have the original os and all its drivers so if anybody can help me out it would be very welcome.
