I am again reassemble it today but face a new problem that system halt due to over heat the area where processor is to much heated today I paste new silicon paste on the heatsink and PGA of processor but why it happen I cannot understand will explain me that why it happen? Send you other Photos which I have taken in moring?

As mentioned above, I suggest that you replace the heatsink and fan, and see if this would prevent the heating up.

If this does not work, you probably are looking at a failing system board.

I think some problem with power converter card or supply its possible what yours opinion about this?
Anything is possible. My understanding of the power converter and supply are strictly to power up the system, not causing it to overheat.

I need to see the underside (other side) of the pic containing your cpu. Or you can check yourself if there is a locking mechanism there.

You have ordered a new heatsink/fan unit? Or are you still trying to sort the heating issue out with just what you have so far.
