After 2 short months of use, my Sentia gave me the blue screen of death with a bunch of errors on it then went dead. It won't start or anything on power up, just the CDROM will spin for a minute then stop. No screen, fans, nothing.
After talking with tech support and trying some things with it, it is being shipped back for god knows how long. Sounds like the MB is dead. Hopefully my refurbished Sentia will come without the annoying beeping and harddrive static in the speakers which Alienware Warner said was "normal".
I cringe at having to spend another 2 days loading current drivers, software, and tweaking the thing to get it working as it shuold upon arrival. Not too impressed with Alienware or the Sentia. I went ahead and purchased some components from newegg to build a desktop. My Sentia will be relinquished to a supporting role as a travel computer for movies, email, and internet.
