Precision M6400 Overclocked?

I know this is probably a dumb question but can the Precision M6400 with a QX9300 be overclocked? If so, how?

But OC the CPU is not supported with the Precision BIOS.

Which sucks really, as I have one lol

What about the PLL chip? Can we use something like Clockgen software to overclock?

it maybe worth a try,

I know that there was some sort of Intel App that would OC the CPUS but I never been able to locate it.
