They want me to call Dell's Financial Services. This has not happened before. I have not used my dell account in almost 2 years, and it has a $5,000 limit with a zero balance.....anyone else have this problem?

I would have got less Ram(4 gigs and upgrade later), skipped out on the Re-Spawn as installation discs are already provided and Vista already uses the "Image Installation process" for quick reformats and re-installs. Then I would bump up the warranty a notch or two.

I think 280's are not essential considering they only offer a 10% performance increase compared to the 260's and definitely not worth the price per performance difference.

Makes me laugh when I think my first notebook had 2MB of deicated memory in 1997 and now they come with 2GB's of video...CRAZY STUFF!!! LOL!!!

Otherwise thats one sweet machine you got there. I also heard the shipping dates are the absolute latest and they may even be shipping earlier than expected.

Congrats!

Try to call Alienware to see if you can still upgrade to a 3 year warranty imo.

Did you happen to get it yet? I have seen very little in the way of reviews or production photos.

Then I left town for two weeks and could only take my m15x with me. So I have not had much time with it yet. But in the time that I have used it I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! It plays WoW amazingly. It looks beautiful and handles like a dream

More to come....
