M-6864FX Multimedia Panel. HELP!

i have reformated my laptop last 3 weeks. and i have noticed that some button in the multimedia panel won't work.

specifically the 1st 3 button..

the button on the site.

button a, b, c..

i can't find any drivers on the gateway website..

i can only use button a. to open my laptop. but i can't use them to launch the windows media center.. please help.
