so my z60t's mainboard seems to be having some issues

i was wondering if the z61t's core duo motherboards are compatible with the z60t chassis

Compare the Z60T and the Z61T motherboards side-by-side ... That is how I would go about a wild guess when not having the product on hand.

That was a serious answer suggesting finding (pictures) of the 2 motherboards in question and compare them.

I do hope you will get a "firm/concrete" answer from a Lenovo tech or someone that has done the swap as well.
