driver don't work

Hello,

The driver don't work. My system show me "don't driver installing " but i have the icon "cardphone".
And my Acer VOIP phone don't working and don't charge . the light don't blinking

Can you help me ?

You probably need the VOIP app that comes with the card. I used this Acer VOIP phone on my eMachines and it worked fine before I moved on to another BT headset.

Maybe you can find the app on Acer Support Site (?)

Note, this is for Vista if you happen to be running XP, then do a google search for "how to install xp drivers manually"

Yes, i found the procedure for XP on the web but the driver don't work and in the control panel : "no driver have been installed for this product "

I would try to uninstall all the driver(s) before, and clean them out real good. Then start fresh again with the installation with the 3 components that you got here from MichelleG and myself, using the manual installation suggested by Saugen.

Ouch. I was only trying to be sure that the device can be installed and functioned properly on another comp before plowing back to figure out why it is not working on yours.
