Cure for issues especially hinges

I am planning to buy the m15x cuz it darn nice!. My question is: do alienware have a cure for the ceaseless complaints about their hinges? Have they made improvements to their hardware components?
Secondly, i live in nigeria and i need to know the how i can order it and if there is a hardware outlet where i can make upgrades or fix it. Thanks

For a few that complained about the hinges, there were many that had no issue with them.

I do and we have plenty of threads and posts here at NBF as well. You are welcome to talk to the AW reps here and expressing your concerns to figure what what the warranty coverage for the hinges going forward.

A percentage of m15x systems have experienced these issues but that does not mean that all of the thousands of m15x are affected or have reported any problems.

To order from Nigeria you will need to contact Alienware UK.

Should the system experience any issues with the hinges Alienware will repair it for free.
