700m replacement Hard Disk?

Could anyone recommend a replacement hard disk for a Dell Inspiron 700m laptop. I am running Windows XP Pro SP3. I would prefer a larger size disk greater than 250GB. I did search the forums and I found very little info for the 700m hard disk problem I have. Thanks

The largest available laptop PATA HDD is Western Digital Blue 320GB. Whether or not it would work in 700m I don't really know.

Replacement HD for 700m

I collated answers to my question (above) and ordered a WD 320GB ATA HD. I am using an HP Mediasmart Windows Home server to restore my 700m. The WD HD slid right in, a Dell connector and caddy was removed from my old 60GB HD and used with the new WD HD. Everything went fine. At the end of the restore (about 45 minutes), I had to make a small change in the boot.ini. The WHS restore software allows you to edit the Boot.ini. The new HD was not partitioned as the orig HD was. I needed to point to the 1st partition in the boot.ini in order for windows to find itself on the new drive. I changed a (2) to a (1) and windows booted as normal. The new HD is a 5400rpm drive and seems to fly! Needless to say I have a lot more HD space.
Thanks to anyone who posted some suggestions.
