Is this a water resistant type one from General Dynamics? Have you tried their support site?

I would bet that is a cover over the hinges that come off,(like 4 screws on the top & 3 behind, open the lid all the way, lift that hinge cover & you should be able to lift the keyboard as this is how they're set up on IX250/260, panasonic, & is a simple method to seal the water & dirt out.
Under the keyboard there should be a cover few screws & the keyboard ribbon passing between the pan & cover gasket, be careful not to damage the gasket. You should see where the ribbon connect to the motherboard, study the lock, if like the IX serie you lift it with a small hook & pull the ribbon.
install the reverse way, just be careful to use a plastic to push the lock back in place as if you slip & you use metallic tools you may damage the board$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
G.D. is very tight lips on info's as it supply GOV.
good luck
pic is out of focus but should give you an idea.
