Take it apart and go for a clean up and new thermal paste.

ok..i did that i cleaned up the dust that was inside the part where the fan is an put the laptop back together an powered it up an everything was working...i left it on to see if it would run hot again an turn off..i spent a few minutes in the bathroom came out an notice the lapyop is off..i tried powering it back on but now i don't get any lights on top by the keypad now..did i miss and blow something puuting it back together?

Well it did worked after you put it back together. Did you replace the thermal paste?

no..i don't have any matter of fact to be honest i don't even know what that is...could that be causing it to not power back up at all cause i don't even get the lights above the keypad now.

Thermal paste is found between your CPU and the heat-sink/fan. You would need to remove the heat-sink to get to it.

No light meaning you get no power feeding in, in a simple term.

ok cool..soif i get that thermal paste would that resolve the problem...i notice when i plug in the charger i see the battery light chargingbut when i press the power button the charging light goes off an i have to unplug it an plug it back in then the charging light comes back on...man oh man when it ain one thing its the next..i really hope i ain blow the board or nothing.

lol..i hear ya,but on a serious note tho will that thermal paste make it work or it has bigger problems that before.

Taking in consideration that your notebook is at least over 1 year old, and full of dust inside, the replacement of the thermal paste will cut down the overheating of the notebook thus preventing it from heat-related shutdowns.

That we can be sure to be out of the way. Other issues, just have to go one by one and see.
