Inspiron 6000 motherboard

hi everybody,
my original board dal30 la-2154 drop dead.
i am watching a F6402 board with very good price on ebay. the question is, can i use it on my inspiron 6000 with the x300 128mb video card?

The board you are looking at uses a plug in Video Card

So if you have the proper GPU for the board it should work no problem
