For countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa that are not listed in the table above, online ordering is not yet available. To obtain or order Recovery CDs (when available), please contact HP Support . To do so, click here , and select your country and language to see the options you have available to contact HP.
no other way ???????????????????

help me please ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you follow the link they gave, there's a list of telephone numbers you can call by area. For Saudi Arabia and other middle east countries, the list is here: http://welcome.hp.com/gms/emea_middl...ne_assist.html

It is quite a labyrinth, is it not? I would first try the HP Customer Care option and see if I can get the right person for ordering the CDs.

cheers ...

Go to the following link

http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Nav?h...&lang=en&cc=us

Cut and paste the above in your browser if clicking doesnt work, select your model and start an online chat with support, tell them you created one restore set of disks when you got the laptop, while windows update was running, your laptop crashed and you were unable to boot it up, and that you tried to use the restore option F11 key and that did not work. Then tell them when you tried to use your restore cds you created, that you got an error message "This PC cannot be restored using these discs" and then would reboot.

Then request they send you the Restore media you need for your laptop. They will ask you for the information under your machine (S/N, P/N) and the OS your laptop came with (original operating system)
