Swapping CPUs on Inspiron 1318 (13") and Sager NP7260

I've got an Inspiron 13 that has the Celeron 560 processor

Processor, Celeron 560 2.13GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 533MHz FSB

I've also got a Sager NP7260 with

Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core Mobile Processor T2370 (1.73GHz) w/1M L2 Cache - 533MHz FSB

Anybody know if it's possible to swap the CPUs? Would I gain anything on the Dell by doing so? (besides an extra core)

they use different sockets, you wouldn't be able to swap them
