E6400: Where is Hibernate option??

I have fresh install of WinXP. When I click Star->Turn off, i only get 3 options: Standby, Turn off, Restart.

On the keyboard, there is only Standby button (F1), I dont see hibernate anywhere?!!

When you press SHIFT, the standby button changes to hibernate.
And only if hibernation is enabled in the power options assuming you have enough disk space for at least the size of your RAM.

Otherwise, it's ole buggy widow$

Also, on the keyboard thing. Dell changed this just with the M6300 and above I believe. Fn + F1 does nothing for me (I have hibernate disabled) so I assume Fn+F1 is hibernate. Fn+Esc is standby.
