firefox popups in new windos

for some reason, in Firefox, if i have two tabs open, one of the tabs will open up in a new window. now it has never done this before, and i am pretty sure that i have not changed any of my settings on it... any ideas? i just removed a trojan... side effects????

I've had this happen to me before. Try restarting your computer. It might just be a fluke.
