HP dv6752tx - SATA and Windows XP

Hi,

I want to install Windows XP on a dv6752tx, however the Windows XP disc does not detect the harddrive.

Any suggestions on how I can get around this?

You need to either slip-stream the SATA driver onto the XP installation disk or turn off AHCI/SATA support in BIOS.
