Performance of Dell Inspiron notebooks

I'm in India and planning to buy a notebook. I had a look at Dell Inspiron 15. With the configuration as T6500, 4GB RAM, 320 Hdd and a WLED display. I'm getting a deal for 37,000/- on this.

I'm already using a Dell Latitude and not very happy with the performance.

I have heard Toshiba laptops are good, but not aware of any good model that I should look for. Can someone help me here. Or if I should also look at other brands like lenovo and HP....

Do you plan to game with the laptop ?

If so, then your really want to look at faster GPU based laptops,

Something like the latitide just would not be up for.
