Should and does are 2 different things. It depends on the order (do you have 2 HDDs or SSDs), and whether the parts person chooses to add the 2nd holder in. Unless you specify a 2nd hard drive or SSD, there's no guarantee simply because the initial order didn't specify it. DELL is a company that can vary wildly in how it does things. Sometimes you'll get all the parts and then some for every upgrade you'll ever need, other times you'll get exactly what you order, nothing more. Your best bet would be to order an el basico HDD just so you're guaranteed the 2nd bay. Worst comes the worst you can shove the 2nd HDD into an older computer. If you can contact DELL and ask for a 2nd drive before it ships and be willing to pay the small difference, do so, otherwise you'll have to call up after and who knows if the rep will be understanding or put you through "returns and rearrangements" (ie: a long wait).
The sooner you contact and request the 2nd bay, the more likely you are to get it.
