Battalion 101 CZ-10 Ultra

Hey Guys!
So I found a great laptop for $1000 USD (I'm Canadian, but I don't mind the conversion) and it is a modified Battalion 101 CZ-10 Ultra from IBuyPower.com

Instead of the T9600 I put the P8800 and have the 4GB Ram, Radeon 4650HD, Vista 64bit with 7 Upgrade. Apparently it weighs in around 6.3lb and has the dimensions of 14.7" x ~9...

The similar CZ-9 Apparently has about 3hr 10min of DVD playback but is 15.4" not 15.6" so im assuming it will still have decent battery life. It also comes with a 1 year warranty.

Has anyone had any experiences with these laptops? Heating issues? Anything with quality?

Clevo, MSI in disguise? Specs look very good. Any chances to get extra warranty with it as well?
