Where's the Pound sign
As you said it was above the 3 but labelled as a hash sign. Now I don't know where the hash sign is, but I can live with that
The hash (#) is on the middle row of the letters, next to the ENTER keys (should be, based on the UK layout).
. The " and @ are reversed and the # is above the enter tab
