A8 Bios USB Drivers stoped working

I just loaded the Dell A8 Bios and now my USB ports are not working. Is anyone else having this problem and if so does anyone know how to fix it?

A8 BIOS working fine here on my 8600.

if i have the A2 bios, can i update straight to the A8? what advantage will i see if any? inoticed some updates have better battery management

No Usb After Ao8

I had this same problem with my 8600. To fix the problem I right clicked on each USB device in the device manager under the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" section and I updated the driver for each device. To do this you right click on the first device listed, select "Update Driver" and let Windows find the best driver and once the first device is complete select the next and so on. After all drivers for each device have been updated, restart your machine and everything should be good to go.
