Hey all, I consider myself real computer savvy but I have one lil issue Im not 100% sure on, my uncles splurged on a pretty nice dell Win XP PC but my cousin is notorious for wrecking ones pc, downloading tons of stuff and porn etc and no matter how much I clean it up and make it run smooth again, he manages to wreck it within days, hes pretty savvy too with the machine so Im trying to think outside the box a bit, one idea I had would be to password protect the administrator account and create a limited account for him, but will it be enough? ideas are greatly welcomed, thank you

Where I used to work we used to use system control apps to limit how much of the system is accessable to a person and this saved us tons of headache and work from people you describe. Dont recall off the top of my head but this is what you need the issue is there is no vista version of the software so your going ot have to stick with XP if possible do one clean wipe and set it all up. Though I do agree on the swift kick in the ass to get th emsg across.
