Beyond TV (Snapstream) Audio Problem

I just tried to install Beyond TV (Snapstream) on my new 4780. When I get to the point in the set-up where you choose the audio, none of the options work (AUX, SPDIF, etc). All I get is hissing with AUX.

AverTV STUDIO II records the audio/video just fine. I took a look at the settings for AverTV STUDIO II and found that it is set to AUX... but as I said above, in Beyond TV I get nothing but hissing.

I also notice that in "Volume Control", there is a volume control setting called "TV Tuner". But in Beyond TV, "TV Tuner" is not in the list of selectable audio devices.

That's all I have... anyone have any suggestions?

Did you get this to work?

I was looking at Snapstream earlier and was wondering if is compatable with the 4780. That's when I found your post.

Did you ever get this resolved?
