Hey guys, new here, anyways on to business:

I am receiving my Asus G50VT-X5 on Monday and I am curious if I can swap the lid cover with that of a G50VT-X1 or a G51?

Don't know for sure, but why not, since they are pretty much the same machine with different specs.

They're pretty much the same so yes, I don't think they'll have a different type of screw positioning etc, so it should be done. Good luck
