I started having issues on my Latitude E5500 with wireless connection. I called into Dell support and they deleted the controlpoint connection manager and everything was hunky-dory. Then the scroll function on my trackpad and the bluetooth travel mouse went away. I called back into Dell, they instructed me to update the drivers. I did and now my trackpad scroll works but I still can't get the scroll on my mouse to work. When I called back into Dell support they tried to get me to re-install the controlpoint connection manager. Any ideas?
