Acer Aspire 3682WXMI Recovery CD

Hi,

I'm new here and i'm in desperate need of some help.

I have a Acer Aspire 3682WXMI laptop that came with Windows XP Media Center 2005. All was fine until recently when the hard drive crashed. I've haven't been able to find a copy of Media Center that works with the COA on the laptop. Is anyone able to tell me where I can get hold of the original recovery cd without having to pay Acer £50 for it.

I'm willing to pay for it, but £50 seems a bit steep for something that I already have the license for.

Any help will be gratefully received.

I have already looked on ebay, can't find one anywhere. Does anyone have one they could image and upload somewhere?

To be 100% clear, I'm only looking for the software, I have the license. This isn't an attempt to get something for nothing.

best bet is acer. may seem high, but you get the os, drivers, and apps all in one.

however, maybe ebay
