I am just wondering if I found myself in the same position a year from now and Dell doesn't have a m6400
i red somewhere that dell fully supports alienwares Decision making as far as the system itself both internal and external. im just not sure how that affects alienwares customer service, i never had an alienware so with dell owning them will the service stay the same , go down hill or get better.
