where do i find these? they're like 4mm tall, made of copper, and you stick them all over the heatsink to make it cooler. I don't want to go to ebay or buy from china. Her'es a pic of them.
nope, they are little individual heatsinks, 14mm x 14mm x 4mm or 18mm x 14mm x 4mm, and they have adhesive tape on the bottom. You stick them to the heatsink to augment cooling.
but i want it to be flat on the bottom, i don't want little bubbles for heat to convect about in, and i want the little hair things b/c well, they look nice.
Those appear to be VRAM and VRM heatsinks from an aftermarket video card heatsink kit. I cant say for sure without seeing them up close. But you can buy them individually in some cases. I havent seen any sold individually or in small sets that were all copper though.
