rma my G51

So I called up asus and got an rma for my G51 due to the right click failure. Here's a question I neglected to ask them, I did change the cpu and the little yellow sticker was ripped which said voids warranty...I have the old cpu so should I put it back in and send it off or should I notify Asus about my cpu swap?

Either way, you voided the warranty, so they are under no obligation to repair your computer under warranty.

I called up and they said the cpu has nothing to do with my trackpad problem so I should still have the warranty. If not they will bill me. Anyways all is well =)

Either way put the old CPU back in to try and avoid any confusion/issue.

Obviously lol. Would be bad if I left the new CPU in and they decided to replace it. Anyway A friend might buy it from me the way it is so Im waiting on a word from him before I send it.
